How to use and define NoRoomInStorage speeches.

the NoRoomInStorage determines what the NPC says when the player selects a Species but there would be no more room in the PC Storage for that species.

Just like IntroText and any other Seller and Shelf Class Speeches, NoRoomInStorage allows you to define mutliple entries, and the script will randomly choose one each time.

To define the NoRoomInStorage, use this structure:
