How to use and define EverythingOutOfStock speeches.

The EverythingOutOfStock determines what the NPC says when the player has bought all Species for a Species event. (There's no restocking). The NPC will not say anything else after this speech.

Just like IntroText and any other Seller and Shelf Class Speeches, EverythingOutOfStock allows you to define mutliple entries, and the script will randomly choose one each time.
